Built in 2012 and formerly owned by Ropemaker Properties, the property will be renovated in phases to improve its amenity offerings and energy efficiency. Upgrades include solar panels and smart technology to bring the building up to modern standards. grosvenor.com+1

According to BauMont, Manchester remains one of the UK’s strongest markets for PBSA (PurposeBuilt Student Accommodation), driven by a steady imbalance in supply vs demand and strong university presence.
